2. We manufacture and sell only quality products. Please be assured about the quality.
3. So, lesser price does not mean lower quality. We play the volume game.
4. The cards will appear slightly different from monitor to monitor and the colours in the monitor may not be the exact match of the card.
5. It is very difficult to display the exact look and feel of the card in the monitor. We suggest that you take a look at the final sample before making the decision.
6. We have 10 own showrooms, 32 franchisees and a network of 600 dealers allover India and the world.

How to view the actual card(s) before deciding on the final order and how to order for samples?
Yes, you can order for samples in our site. You can pay Rs.500(India)/50 USD and buy 5 samples. This cost includes courier charges. This is a minimum charge and even if you select just one card the price will be the same. In case the cost of the 5 samples exceed Rs.500 then the difference will be charged.

How long will it take for delivery?
We ship by DHL or UPS or a reliable courier. It takes 3 to 5 days to deliver. You can track the parcel in the website of the courier company using the tracking code provided by us.

Courier charges are high. Can u deliver to a relative/friend in India?
Yes. It is possible.

Can I pay in Indian Rupee through a relative/friend in India?
Yes. It is possible.

Is the sample cost adjustable in the actual order ?
If your order value is above INR 1000 or USD 150(without shipping charges) we will reduce the cost of the samples in the order. The courier charges paid for the samples will not be adjusted against the order. Please compare the prices in our website with other websites before comparing this with other sites.

What all I get in a sample card? Do we get our text printed on sample(s) ?
Samples are sent blank. In case you want it printed with your text then you will have to pay for the printing charges

Do you provide printing services? What are the printing charges ?
We provide total printing services. Our printing charges vary from card to card, the type of printing (screen, offset, foil) and the number of items that need to be printed(e.g. card,cover, inter leaf, RSVP card)

How long will it take to deliver with printing ?
Ideally, you can place order for samples and send the wedding text in word format. We will start designing the text and start sending you proofs immediately. By the time you receive the samples and select the card, basic proof will be ready and the alignments will be re-adjusted for the card selected by you. Once the order is finalized and payment is received we will take the card for printing. Printing and packing is expected to take about 7-10 days. The whole exercise should not take more than 2-3 weeks.

Do you provide add-on cards e.g. RSVP, Thank You cards?
Yes, we provide full range of add on cards. Please send us a mail to our customer support for further details

What is the procedure for proof ?
You can send us the text in word or text format .We will get the matter designed in suitable font and style and will send you the proofs in JPEG image file format. You can view the proof and suggest us the corrections or alterations (if any). In case if there are corrections we will again send you the corrected JPEG for proof. This process will go on till your approval. The job goes for printing only after your final approval. Cards are screen printed( foil stamping can be done for additional cost). If you need wedding wordings we can provide them for you and if you are particular about a font, we can use them too!

What are the languages/fonts that can be composed on the card ?
We can typeset in most of the Indian languages and of course, English. We have a good collection of fonts and if you are specific about a font you can send them to us(without any infringement of copyright laws).

Can you provide extra inserts/pages or envelopes/plastic covers for the card ?
We can provide extra pages or envelopes depending upon your need. There will be an extra charge for the additional items and printing charges will also be higher. Please mail to lovelycards@lovelyoffset.com

Do you sell cards without printing?
Yes, we do sell blank cards!

Do I have to pay any other additional taxes/levies/duties ?
